Peptide Paradise Labs ships to research institutions and independent researchers in over 40 countries. Wherever your lab is, we can get research material to your bench.
Processing Time
Orders placed before 2:00 PM (local warehouse time), Monday through Friday, ship the same business day. Orders placed after the cutoff, or on weekends and holidays, ship the following business day.
Domestic Shipping
Domestic orders are shipped via tracked courier service. A tracking number is emailed automatically as soon as your order leaves our facility.
International Shipping
We ship internationally via tracked, insured air courier. Estimated transit times:
- Europe & UK: 5–9 business days
- Canada: 4–8 business days
- Australia / New Zealand: 6–12 business days
- Rest of world: 7–14 business days
Transit times are estimates and can be affected by customs processing in the destination country, which is outside our control.
Customs, Duties & Import Compliance
International orders may be subject to customs inspection, import duties, or local taxes assessed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total. It is the buyer’s responsibility to confirm that importing research peptides is permitted under their local laws prior to ordering.
Packaging
All orders ship in discreet, unmarked, protective packaging designed to preserve product integrity in transit. Outer packaging does not reference product contents.
Tracking & Insurance
Every order includes tracking. Shipment insurance is available at checkout and is strongly recommended for international orders.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days (domestic) or 10 business days (international), contact our support team and we’ll investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
